  1. Always thaw product prior to cooking. To ensure product is cooked thoroughly, use a cooking or meat thermometer to make sure sausage has reached an internal temperature of 160°F.
  2. Heat skillet to medium; add patties.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until sausage is cooked through and browned, turning patties often.

  1. Medium temperature in a covered pan for 8-10 minutes.

How To - Air Fryer

  1. Thaw product prior to cooking.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Place patties in a single layer in air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for 6-7 minutes until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160°F, turning once. Use a meat thermometer to ensure sausage is fully cooked.

How To - Multi Cooker

  1. Thaw product prior to cooking.
  2. Place sausage in a single layer in multi-cooker insert. Select “Sauté” setting. Sauté sausage until browned, about 6 minutes, turning links often.
  3. Carefully add ½ cup water.
  4. Lock pressure cooker lid and close vent; select “Egg” setting.
  5. Cook for about 1 minute. Carefully release pressure and remove lid.
  6. Sausage is fully cooked when the internal temperature is at least 160°F. Use a meat thermometer to ensure sausage is fully cooked.
